⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed

What we found

On its "About Us", biggloballtd claims that it is regulated by the American Futures Association (NFA) under regulatory number 0546421 and is registered in the United Kingdom. However, when we searched on the NFA Registry, we found it is not an NFA Member. That means the firm is not allowed to offer forex investment activities as it is not supervised by NFA. Searching with biggloballtd on the FCA Registry, we We also found no license matching results. That is to say – the firm is not a legitimate UK-based forex broker as it runs without any licenses. Based on the information, we can conclude that biggloballtd is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report biggloballtd.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
