Terms of use
The basics of using AskCheck.
Last updated: July 2026
By using AskCheck you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What AskCheck is
AskCheck is a free informational tool and public register. It helps you check whether a broker has been flagged and lets you report brokers. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice, and it is not a fund-recovery service.
No guarantee of accuracy
Our data comes from regulator sources and moderated community reports and is provided “as is”. A broker not being listed does not mean it is safe, and a listing is a warning signal, not a legal finding. Always do your own checks.
Reports you submit
You must only submit genuine, good-faith reports and must not post false, defamatory, or unlawful content. We moderate submissions and may edit or decline them. You keep responsibility for what you submit.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AskCheck is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Listing disputes
If you believe a broker is listed in error, contact us with details and evidence and we will review it.
