⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked hlyton Investments against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to ASIC (Australia)Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

LitCrypto claims to have received regulation from ASIC Australia and FCA.However,no matching information was found in the ASIC and FCA regulatory agency after investigation. Otherwise, it claimed regulated by NBRB,as for the NBRB, or the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, we cannot be sure, but again there are no clear regulatory details anywhere. And then there was the issue of accessing the NBRB website, which was blocked to us, which may be due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Even if the broker is regulated by the NBRB, which is highly doubtful, it still would be a risk.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report hlyton Investments.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
