Gurion FX
We checked Gurion FX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Gurion FX Limited claimed that it was established in 2016 and had over 180,000 global active customers with trading volume of more than $1 billion in 2021. But when we checked its domain, the result shows the firm was newly created on 26 October 2021. So how comes with its foundation in 2016? And how it can reach these trading figures in about 4 months? It is a red flag here. On the other hand, the company promised that all of its clients' funds are recognized in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines(SVG), but it wasn't registered in SVG FSA, the SVG regulator. Besides, as Gurion FX had its headquarters in Hong Kong, it must get a license from SFC Hong Kong, an independent statutory body responsible for the securities and futures markets in Hong Kong, to offer forex investment service. Searching with its name on SFC Register, there is no results. Therefore, we can conclude that Gurion FX runs with no regulation.
