HIBI Markets
We checked HIBI Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
HIBI Markets claims it is an experienced broker founded in 2005. However, when we checked its domain, we found the domain was created in June 2021. So how could it start its business in 2005? It is a red flag. HIBI Markets also claims to be a licensed broker under double regulations including Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC or IFSC) and the United States National Futures Association (NFA). We firstly searched the Belize FSC but found no matching result. Then we searched the NFA and found a matching result. However, we found that HIBI Markers is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an NFA member. That means HIBI Markets is not authorized to provide financial services in Belize and the United States. All in all, HIBI Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
