ROKING LTD

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked ROKING LTD against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)

What we found

ROKING LTD is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. ROKING LTD claims it is a company incorporated in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) under the registration number: 13369793. When we searched in the CH, we found the number belongs to another company named "Gotlon Investment Ltd". Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies that has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. What's more, ROKING LTD presents its regulation certificates in the US National Futures Association (NFA) with an NFA ID: 0543830. But when we searched in NFA, we found ROKING LTD is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved member of this regulator. That means ROKING LTD is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report ROKING LTD.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
