AI Phemex claims to be regulated by the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), a broker located in the UK together with offices in Germany and France, offering wide range of financial services to traders, including Forex, CryptoCurrencies, Stock, Indices, Commodities and more instruments in global markets. Upon investigation, we found that AI Phemex is not authorized and regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the BaFin in Germany. The truth is that AI Phemex is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. AI Phemex is a scam.
