GAINLIT

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked GAINLIT against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2026) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

GAINLIT claims to be the trading name of Raw Trading Ltd, which is regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). We searched the Seychelles FSA's list of licensed entities and found Raw Trading Ltd. However, the registered website belongs to IC Markets and the operating brand name is IC Markets only. There is no information indicating that GAINLIT is one of its brands. Therefore, it is very likely that GAINLIT has misused the regulatory information of a legit broker to mislead investors into believing that it is qualified as a forex broker. GAINLIT is suspected to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report GAINLIT.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
