Milton Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Milton Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration⚑ False or fabricated claims

What we found

Milton Markets claims to be registered in Saint Lucia, and while we found Milton Markets Ltd. in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre registry, this only confers International Business Company status, which is not a valid financial license. The platform also claims affiliation with the Milton Group and states it follows the regulatory standards of Milton Global Ltd., which is licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. However, our verification shows that the licensed entity operates under the domain, and there is no verifiable connection between Milton Prime and Milton Markets. Due to this inconsistency and the apparent misuse of another entity's regulatory information, we conclude that Milton Markets is misrepresenting its regulatory status. Therefore, we classify Milton Markets as a fraudulent broker.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Milton Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
