Why it’s flagged
What we found
ARTMAS Futures is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. ARTMAS Futures claims that it runs the business under authorization and regulation by multiple authorities, including: 1) the Indonesia Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI) with license number: 601/BAPPEBTI/SI/I/2005. 2) the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ) with license number: SPAB-086/BBJ/09/04. 3) the Indonesian Futures Clearing (KBI) with license number: 78/AK-KBI/VIII/2012. However, please be informed that none of the above authorities issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities that offer forex activities. The truth is that ARTMAS Futures is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
