White Fx

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked White Fx against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

White Fx claims to be a reliable trading platform providing a wide range of services to every customer, which registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) with registration number INA20001350 and St Vincent & The Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under a Global Business License: 258745/IBC. However, first SEBI is not a forex regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex. Second, we did not find any match results to the license number in SVG FSA, but we found a company named "WHITEFX MARKETS LIMITED" with license number 26780. Since the license number and the company name is not matching, we only can conclude that the registration in SVG FSA of this broker is suspicious. What's more, White Fx shows its company office is in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results for to for his broker in FCA. The truth is, White Fx is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report White Fx.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
