VZFX
We checked VZFX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
VZFX claims it offers international online forex and CFDs trading services and it is registered in Scotland (United Kingdom) with registration Number: SC720753. To offer forex services in the UK, a broker must be licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), while there are no match results to VZFX in the FCA. So VZFX is not elgible to offer forex services since it operates without a valid license. Besides, the firm offers leverage of 1:400, which becomes a big red flag! According to forex supervisory rules issued by EU regulators, there is no one broker can offer leverage over 400. Therefore, the risky trading condition confirms VZFX is an unlicensed forex broker. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is highly impossible that you can get your money back when things go wrong. Therefore, it is a scam.
