What we found

InfluxFinance claims to be a company with clients from all around the world while presenting no details about its regulations. Lacking regulatory information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their certificates and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Besides, InfluxFinance shows its company address is in the Commonwealth of Dominica. But please be informed that Dominica currently has no financial regulator that issues licenses for forex brokers or regulates entities engaging in forex. The truth is, InfluxFinance is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report InfluxFinance.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
