Maxpro365

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Maxpro365 against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed

What we found

Maxpro365's website provides no verifiable information about its regulatory status, merely stating that it is registered in Costa Rica. However, to the best of our knowledge, Costa Rica currently has no regulatory authority overseeing CFDs. If a brokerage offers CFD trading services without authorisation, investors' funds could be at risk. Therefore, it is assumed that Maxpro365 appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Maxpro365.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
