Why it’s flagged
What we found
Alamiya FX Markets claims to be registered in Saint Lucia and lists a physical address in Lebanon, our investigation raises significant concerns about its regulatory compliance and legitimacy. A search of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) shows that no entity under the name Alamiya FX Markets is currently listed. IFC suggests that the company may still be in the preliminary stages of registration, or may not be properly registered at all. Secondly, we examined the oversight of Lebanon’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and found no record of authorization or supervision of this entity. As a result, Alamiya FX Markets operates without oversight from any recognized financial regulatory authority. Therefore, Alamiya FX Markets appears to be a scam.
