L2P Brokerage

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked L2P Brokerage against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources

What we found

L2P Brokerage claims to be a Kuwait-registered company, licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior of Kuwait. However, neither of these institutions is a regulator specifically tasked with overseeing foreign exchange transactions. Furthermore, the Kuwait Capital Markets Authority, which primarily regulates financial services activities, has not registered the entity Leads2Performance Ltd. L2P Brokerage does not appear to be regulated or licensed by any credible regulatory authority. Platforms with these characteristics are often outright fraudulent, posing significant risks to investors’ funds. Therefore, L2P Brokerage appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report L2P Brokerage.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
