ABBInvest

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked ABBInvest against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed

What we found

ABBInvest claims it is one of the largest investment companies in the capital market of Azerbaijan and it is a member of the Azerbaijan Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). When we searched in BSE, we did not find any match results to ABBInvest. Besides, BSE is the main stock exchange in Azerbaijan, which means BSE is not a financial regulator that approves licenses for forex brokers. So please beware of brokers making such claims since brokers eligible to offer derivatives services should have licenses approved by the financial regulator. The truth is, ABBInvest is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report ABBInvest.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
