AXECAP

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked AXECAP against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration
Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)

What we found

AXECAP claims to be a trustable broker registered in and regulated by multiple regulators, including: 1) The National Futures Association (NFA) under an NFA ID: 0547318; 2) The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under license number 25241 BC 2021; 2) The Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC). However, we did not find any match results to the company name and the license number in SVG FSA and Belize FSC. When we searched in NFA, we found this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an NFA member. That means AXECAP is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report AXECAP.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
