LS Markets
We checked LS Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
LS Markets claims to be the brand name of LS MARKETS PTY LTD, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands and regulated by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) and National Futures Association (NFA). However, we found the company's registration status in ASIC is disregistered. According to NFA, the broker is not an NFA member, which means the broker is not under valid regulations of NFA. The truth is that LS Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
