Funda Markets
We checked Funda Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
An investigation into Funda Markets reveals that its claims of regulatory oversight are unsubstantiated. Although the firm displays an NFA license, no such registration exists in the NFA’s official records. It states it is operated by FM Limited and regulated by the St. Vincent & the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA), but the SVG FSA has publicly clarified that it does not regulate forex trading entities, and while a related entity, FunDa Markets Limited, is listed, this does not imply legitimate oversight. Additionally, its Money Services Business (MSB) registration with Canada’s FINTRAC is valid but does not constitute regulatory supervision of forex activities. Overall, Funda Markets is not regulated by any credible financial authority, posing substantial risks to investors.
