Ubuntu Invest
We checked Ubuntu Invest against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Ubuntu Invest claims to be owned and operated by Ubuntu We Sizwe (Pty) Ltd, a registered financial service provider authorized and regulated by the South Africa Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) under FSP 51420. However, when we searched in FSCA, we found the FSP number actually belongs to a company named "PIONEER INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD" instead of "Ubuntu We Sizwe (Pty) Ltd." The truth is, Ubuntu Invest may be a clone firm that falsely uses the regulatory information of a licensed company. Ubuntu Invest is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
