CYBER REX

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked CYBER REX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to SEC (U.S.)Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

CYBER REX claims to be regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA), the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB), we searched the FCA but found it was unauthorised, while there were no matching results on KNF and CMB. CYBER REX also claims to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), we searched the SEC but found no matching results. The truth is that CYBER REX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. CYBER REX is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report CYBER REX.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
