Twowaymarkets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Twowaymarkets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Clone of a real firm⚑ False or fabricated claims
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

Twowaymarkets claims to be a trading name of TMS Capital Limited, a company authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with the company reference number 195581. We indeed find a match result to TMS Capital Limited in FCA. But as per the regulatory details shown on FCA, the only approved domain of the licensed TMS Capital Limited is "www.tms-capital.com" instead of the one used by Twowaymarkets. That means Twowaymarkets may be a clone firm that falsely uses the regulation info of a licensed firm. The truth is, Twowaymarkets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Twowaymarkets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
