AskCheck is a free public checker — not a recovery service

We help you check and report brokers. We do not recover funds, we do not take payment to recover funds, and we cannot guarantee that funds can be recovered.

Beware recovery scams

After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents”, law firms, or even officials, promising to get your money back for an up-front fee or “tax”. This is one of the most common follow-up scams. Never pay anyone who guarantees recovery. If someone contacts you claiming to be AskCheck and asks for a fee, it is not us.

Not advice

Information on AskCheck is general and for awareness only. It is not financial, investment, or legal advice. For your situation, speak to your bank, your financial regulator, and the police or your national fraud-reporting line.

Signals, not verdicts

A flag means a broker has been reported or warned about — it is a reason for caution, not a court ruling. A not-listed result is not a clean bill of health. Do your own checks before you trust anyone with your money.
