Besides, 500Capital shows its company address is in Bermuda. However, we did not find any match results to 500Capital in the Bermuda regulator Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). That means 500Capital is not an approved broker in Bermuda. What's more, this broker shows an award named "Australian Best Broker" on its website. As forex traders, you should know that if brokers want to operate in Australia or offer financial services to Australians, brokers are required to hold a valid Australian Financial Services (AFS) license issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission(ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to 500Capital in ASIC. The truth is that 500Capital is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
