99FX
We checked 99FX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2026) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
99FX claims that its entity is registered in the UK and displays several certificates, our investigation confirms that none of these documents constitute a valid license from a recognized financial regulatory authority. We also found no record of 99FX Ltd being authorized or regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The only registration we could verify for this entity is with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. However, this registration merely grants the company International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not equate to a financial license, as the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. 99FX is in essence unlicensed by any regulator. Therefore, 99FX appears to be a scam.
