ACQUA Markets
We checked ACQUA Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
According to its website, it claims to be registered in the UK and provides a registration code of Companies House (CH). Upon investigation, we did find matching information in CH. However, as we all know, if you want to exercise foreign exchange in the UK, you must obtain permission from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but we did not find matching information in the FCA. In essence, ACQUA Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. ACQUA Markets appears to be a scam.
