AFX Financial
We checked AFX Financial against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
AFX Financial is an unauthorized broker for the following reasons. First, after going through the broker's website, we found that neither regulatory information nor company details is mentioned. The lack of such information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. Second, we found all legal documents presented on its website are unavailable, which should be the biggest red flag for potential traders. Most importantly, this broker is located in India. However, India doesn't issue any licenses for forex trading nor regulate any forex activities. So AFX Financial is not overseen by any regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
