AgraMarkets
We checked AgraMarkets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
AgraMarkets claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Although Agra Markets LLC appears in the registry of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, this registration only reflects its status as an International Business Company, but not a valid financial services license. Additionally, it states that it is an approved member of The Financial Commission (FC). However, the FC is not a regulatory authority but rather an external dispute resolution organization. Membership in the FC does not imply regulatory approval or compliance for brokerage operations. AgraMarkets also claims to have operational bases in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. However, neither the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong nor the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) lists any entity associated with AgraMarkets in their official registers. Therefore, AgraMarkets appears to be a fraudulent platform.
