APOLLO

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked APOLLO against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2026) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ On a regulator warning list
Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)Named in relation to OSC (Ontario)

What we found

APOLLO claims to be regulated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). While a registration record for this MSB number can be found in the database, it is important to note that FinCEN does not regulate forex trading activities. In the United States, the primary regulatory body overseeing forex brokers is the National Futures Association (NFA). However, upon investigation, it was found that APOLLO is not registered or authorised by the NFA or any other reputable financial regulatory agency. Therefore, based on the available information, APOLLO is operating without proper authorisation from any credible forex regulator. Furthermore, the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) issued a warning against APOLLO, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without proper authorization in Ontario. Therefore, APOLLO appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report APOLLO.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
