AVIC
We checked AVIC against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
AVIC claims it is regulated by the US National Futures Association (NFA) with an ID: 0543404. Searching in NFA, we did find a match result to AVIC. However, the result shows this broker is not an approved broker in NFA. The NFA regulation this broker claims is false statement for unsuspecting traders. Besides, AVIC claims it is founded in London and has set up branch offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. So we did searching in the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission(HK SFC) and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) respectively. However, we did not find any match results to AVIC in FCA, HK SFC or MAS. That means AVIC is not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
