Berry Markets
We checked Berry Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Berry Markets claims to be a regulated Forex broker while presenting neither details about its regulations nor legal documents (terms & conditions, risk disclosure, and privacy policy, etc.). Lacking such important information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Besides, Berry Markets shows its company address is in Seychelles. As per relevant law, the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) is responsible to license, regulate, enforce regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring and supervising the conduct of business in the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles. But we did not find any match results to this broker in Seychelles FSA. That means Berry Markets is not an approved broker to offer financial services or products in Seychelles. The truth is, Berry Markets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
