Bold Prime

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Bold Prime against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

Bold Prime's website is extremely basic and lacks transparency, failing to display any clear regulatory information. It only vaguely references two entities registered in Saint Vincent and the Comoros. While we did confirm its company registration in the SVG FSA public records, this remains limited to IBC status without financial oversight. SVG FSA does not regulate forex trading activities. Meanwhile, our investigation into the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) revealed no evidence that Bold Prime is regulated or holds a valid license there. Therefore, we conclude that Bold Prime is not genuinely regulated by any reputable financial authority and may be operating without proper authorization, significantly raising the risk of fraudulent or deceptive practices.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Bold Prime.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
