CK Markets
We checked CK Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
CK Markets is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. This broker claims it is incorporated in St. Vincent & the Grenadines Financial Service Authority (SVG FSA) with the registration number: 24405 IBC 2017. However, we did not find any match results to CK Markets in SVG FSA. Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue licenses for forex trading nor regulate any forex activities. Besides, CK Markets claims it is owned and operated by CK Markets Group of companies, which includes subsidies in Belize, the Republic of Mauritius, and the British Virgin Islands. So we did searching in following regulators. 1) The Mauritius Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC); 2) The Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC); 3) The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC). However, we did not find any match results in these watchdogs' registries. That means CK Markets is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
