Cosmo Markets
We checked Cosmo Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2026) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Cosmo Markets does not claim to be licensed by any regulator; it only claims to be registered in Saint Lucia, and have an entity located in Mauritius. While we can confirm that there is a company with the same name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The IFC neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. Besides, a search within the official register of the the Financial Services Commission(FSC) in Mauritius shows no relevant record of Cosmo Markets, which means that this entity is unauthorised to conduct forex trading services in Mauritius. Being unregulated is a major red flag for a fraudulent operation. Therefore, Cosmo Markets appears to be a scam.
