DLS
We checked DLS against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
DLS, owned and operated by Dragon Leader Services Limited, claims to be an authorized broker bearing licenses issued by several regulators, including the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), and the Financial Commission. Despite the provided regulation and certification on its website, DLS is not under valid supervision for the following reasons. 1) The Financial Commission simply acts as an independent external dispute resolution (EDR) organization that does not regulate forex markets nor issues licenses for brokers engaging in such activities. 2) We didn't find any result matching this broker from the registry of ASIC and VFSC. So DLS is not overseen by any regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
