Echogb

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Echogb against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ False or fabricated claims

What we found

Echogb claims its foundation in 2016, however, we found that its domain was newly created in 2022. Traders should beware of brokers who make false statements, as this is a frequently used trick among shady brokers to deceive unsuspecting traders. Besides, this broker presents zero details of its trading license and contact information. The lack of information about the broker's regulation, contact details and requisite legal documents (i.e. terms & conditions, privacy policy, ) is a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as regulated brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. The truth is, echogb is not overseen by any financial regulators. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Echogb.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
