FcxTrade

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked FcxTrade against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

FcxTrade claims to be an authorized company operating within the United Kingdom. However, we didn't find any regulatory information of this broker from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). That means FcxTrade is providing its services in the UK illegally. Besides, FcxTrade states its regulation by the FSA of St.Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) and IFMRRC of Russia. Nevertheless, neither SVG FSA nor IFMRRC regulates, supervises or licenses international companies engaging in such activities. So FcxTrade is actually not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is thoroughly a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report FcxTrade.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
