FMS Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked FMS Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed

What we found

FMS Markets claims to be owned and operated by FMS Markets Commercial Brokers LLC, a company registered and regulated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED). We indeed find a match result to this company in DED, but please be informed that DED does not regulate entities engaging in financial derivatives services. Besides, we did not find any match results to this broker in the financial regulator of Dubai – the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The truth is, FMS Markets is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report FMS Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
