Why it’s flagged
What we found
According to its website,FX Trade claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles with a Securities Dealer License No: SD087 and FX Trade is a tradename of Bitfx Asset Ltd, which is registered as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) and licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under licence number 129/16.However,there is no matching information was found in the two regulators. The truth is that FX Trade is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
