FxNice
We checked FxNice against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
FxNice claims to be regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Honduras (Company ID: 588121). We searched Financial Services Authority of Honduras and found a matching result. But Financial Services Authority of Honduras doesn't regulate forex and it is not a regulatory institution, so having registration does not mean being authorized to provide financial services. The truth is that FxNice is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
