GatesBridge
We checked GatesBridge against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
GatesBridge claims to be a worldwide trading brand while presenting no details about its regulations. Lacking regulatory information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their certificates and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Besides, GatesBridge shows two contact tel numbers on its website respectively belonging to the United Kingdom and Australia. As per relevant law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the above two countries have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to this broker in FCA or ASIC. The truth is, GatesBridge is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
