GDMAX LTD

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked GDMAX LTD against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ On a regulator warning list
Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)

What we found

The website of GDMAX LTD claims to be licensed by the Financial Services Authority (NFA). This is a ridiculous mistake, indicating that the broker is careless and unprofessional, as NFA actually stands for the National Futures Association. Furthermore, the link they provide to access the NFA actually directs investors to the search page of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN). This mix-up makes GDMAX LTD even more suspicious. Additionally, the website was registered as recently as late June 2024. It appears to have been hastily and poorly created, which is another significant warning sign. In essence, GDMAX LTD is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. GDMAX LTD appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report GDMAX LTD.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
