⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Globalstockfx against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Clone of a real firm
Named in relation to FCA (UK)Named in relation to CySEC (Cyprus)

What we found

Globalstockfx claims to be a regulated broker which provides traders with services of forex trade and cryptocurrency investments. However, we found this broker may be a clone firm that illegally uses the details of two regulated firms with which it isn't related in any way. The reasons are as follows: 1) Globalstockfx claims it is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with reference number: 610182. When we search the reference number in the FCA, we find the number belongs to a firm named Rajive Hensman. According to the details shown on the FCA, the registered trading names of the authorized firm "Rajive Hensman" include "Rajive Hensman" and "Rajive Hensman Financial Consultants." That means Globalstockfx has no connection with Rajive Hensman since it is not matched to the two registered trading names of Rajive Hensman in FCA. 2) On its website, the broker mentioned a firm named 64ktrade USDpe Ltd which is licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) with license number: 247/14. However, when we search this license number in CySEC, we find this number belongs to a licensed firm named IQOption Europe Ltd. As per the detailed information shown on CySEC, the approved domain of the licensed company "IQOption Europe Ltd" is "www.eu.iqoption.com." That means Globalstockfx has no relationship with the licensed company IQOption Europe Ltd since its domain is not the registered one of IQOption Europe Ltd in the CySEC. For the above reasons, Globalstockfx is a clone firm of two licensed firms. It is actually not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Globalstockfx.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
