GNY Prime
We checked GNY Prime against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
GNY Prime claims to be an award-winning platform and presents its awards earned from 2018 to 2020. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it earn those awards in such early years? It is a red flag here. Besides, GNY Prime shows its company address is in the United Kingdom. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to GNY Prime in FCA. The truth is that GNY Prime is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
