Guze Markets
We checked Guze Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Guze Markets presents itself as a licensed forex broker, claiming to possess an ID ("0555646") issued by the National Futures Association (NFA) and a registration number 2140LLC2022 from the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA). Upon investigation, however, the facts tell a different story. Our search yielded no matching entries in the SVG FSA registry, and the NFA ID it purports to have is merely for tracking purposes, as it is not registered as a member of the NFA. Additionally, Guze Markets alleges to have an address in the UK, which prompted a search in the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Yet, no corresponding records were found in the register. In essence, Guze Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Guze Markets is unequivocally a scam.
