⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to FSCA (South Africa)
What we found
HD Markets claims it is a duly appointed juristic representative of ABIB (Pty) Ltd a company licensed and regulated by the South Africa Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) with a FSP number: FSP51541. We searched the FSCA and found a matching result. However, as per the details shown on the FSCA, HD Markets is not authorized to provide forex services. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next
- Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
- Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
- Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
- Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report HD Markets.
- Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
