IBMEX
We checked IBMEX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
IBMEX keeps investors in the dark about its operators, making it challenging to hold them accountable if issues arise. Without proper supervision, IBMEX can disappear at any time, which is a major red flag. The IBMEX website is simply structured, with most of the content promoting how good their products are and how reliable they appear. However, these claims lack credibility as there are no valid licenses to support their legitimacy. In essence, IBMEX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. IBMEX appears to be a scam.
