ICE Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked ICE Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed

What we found

ICE Markets marks itself as a regulated forex broker in Malaysia, subject to the oversight of the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA). However, our search for the company it claims, ICE-FX Markets Limited, in the register of the Labuan FSA didn't yield any matching results. The fact contradicts the assertion about its regulatory status, exposing ICE Markets' intention to defraud. In essence, ICE Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. ICE Markets is unequivocally a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report ICE Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
