Invest Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Invest Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration
Named in relation to FSCA (South Africa)

What we found

Invest Markets displays a license number associated with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Belize. However, our verification with the FSC’s official registry reveals that this license belongs to ARVIS CAPITAL LIMITED and expired in 2021. Even if Invest Markets operates as a trading name of this entity, the license is no longer valid. Furthermore, the platform provides no other regulatory information aside from a contact number registered in South Africa. We have been unable to find any record of Invest Markets or an associated entity licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa. As a result, Invest Markets currently operates without active oversight and appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Invest Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
